photomontage - mixed photos and painting. Then I found out they are actually giant pencil drawings ...  amazing.

DAVID SEDARIS

... He cracks me up. He seems to get better over time, too.

There are some 'taster' recordings of him on soundcloud, but he seems

to save his best stuff for the Broken Biscuit Company ...

His last bit of writing was superb - it's always good to hear about your own country,

viewed by an outsider with genuine wit.

It's an amazing picture, considering it was made in 1975. Had it on my wall for years,

before I decided to research it. He was a self taught artist who only began painting at  the age of 40

 Spent a while on bandcamp looking for some interesting new music -

gave up and just checked out the latest Meatwave offering ...

- still the only online music I've ever actually bought.
