As daft as it sounds ...

It feels almost as traumatic as moving house when you finally give up on your favourite browser.

Comodo Dragon was  ace for years, but went downhill. DuckDuckGo was OK - but glitchy and took ages to load.

Make way for the Brave Browser. Man, it's zippy ! ... it also cuts out the ads and cookie notices and makes

Youtube watchable again. I aint no secret squirrel, but so much of the corporate internet is just no use to me.

A lot of it is like willfully installing a virus on your computer

... private browsers like Brave make research a whole lot less tedious and time consuming

P.s: I still use DuckDuckGo as the home page and default search engine -

but the brave 'new  tab' button is really handy for those frequently visited sites.

It's strange, how  in the west, when the conservative parties veer further to the right,

the left leaning parties follow suit - like hero-worshipping kid brothers.

The labour party has just issued a string of draconian dictats aimed at people on disability benefits.

Maybe, if claimants had actually got access to seeing a damn doctor in the last 15 years,

they wouldn't have needed emergency help in the first place
